The Challenge
Hayley A. Ramsey needed more than just a website—she needed a complete digital system capable of supporting international tours, live events, and digital offerings.
The complexity came from the nature of the products themselves: multi-day international trips, tiered pricing, deposits, payment plans, add-ons, and frequent itinerary updates. At the same time, everything needed to feel premium, trustworthy, and easy to navigate for users making high-ticket purchasing decisions.
The challenge was to unify branding, simplify the booking experience, and create a scalable system that could support ongoing launches without breaking under complexity.

The Approach
I approached this as a long-term partnership focused on building and refining a complete digital ecosystem—not just a one-time website.
The strategy centered around simplifying complexity: structuring products clearly, designing intuitive booking flows, and creating consistent branding across every touchpoint. Each launch, page, and campaign was built with conversion and scalability in mind.
Beyond the website itself, I supported ongoing marketing efforts through SEO, landing pages, and promotional assets—ensuring every new tour or event could be launched quickly and effectively.

I developed and maintained a cohesive visual identity across web, email, and promotional materials. This included designing flyers, social graphics, and branded assets that reflect the premium, experience-driven nature of the tours. Each piece was created to build excitement while reinforcing trust and professionalism.
Web & Technical
The website was built and continuously optimized using WordPress and WooCommerce, tailored specifically for complex travel products. I created structured product systems for deposits, full payments, single supplements, and add-ons, while streamlining the checkout process to reduce friction. Landing pages were designed for clarity, SEO performance, and conversion, with ongoing updates to improve usability and performance.
The Results
This project evolved into a long-term partnership where I serve as both technical and creative support. Hayley now has a scalable platform that allows her to launch, manage, and promote high-ticket experiences with confidence.
