The Challenge
Midwest Transit Equipment operates across multiple markets, locations, and customer segments—including schools, churches, commercial transportation, and government buyers. Each audience requires targeted messaging, localized visibility, and consistent brand presentation.
The challenge is not a one-time build—but maintaining and evolving a large-scale marketing ecosystem over time. This includes creating high-performing landing pages, executing campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring brand consistency across web, email, social, and print.
Balancing speed, clarity, and performance—while supporting internal teams and ongoing business needs—requires a flexible, systems-driven approach rather than one-off design work.
In a multi-location, multi-audience business, consistency and scalability matter as much as creativity. Systems, templates, and SEO-driven structures allow marketing efforts to compound over time rather than reset with each campaign.
The Approach
I approached my role as building and maintaining a scalable marketing system rather than executing isolated tasks. The focus has been on creating reusable frameworks—landing page structures, email templates, campaign systems, and brand guidelines—that allow for consistent execution across departments and initiatives.
On the web side, I developed targeted landing pages using HTML and CSS, focusing on specific bus markets and geographic locations to improve SEO visibility and lead generation. Each page is structured for clarity, search performance, and conversion.
On the campaign side, I manage multi-channel marketing efforts that include email marketing, social media, and paid ads—ensuring messaging is aligned and performance is tracked.
Email marketing has become a core channel, where I design and build custom Mailchimp templates using HTML to create polished, on-brand communications for promotions, service tips, and internal newsletters.
Tools & Skills
Brand & Campaign Systems
I developed and maintained a consistent brand presence across all marketing channels, ensuring visual and messaging alignment in digital and print materials. This includes advertisements, brochures, trade show assets, social media graphics, and internal communications.
I also built reusable campaign systems—email templates, social content structures, and promotional frameworks—that allow the team to execute quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
Email marketing became a major focus, with custom-designed campaigns that support promotions, educational content, and internal communication—improving engagement and professionalism across all touchpoints.
Web & Technical
I created and optimized SEO-focused landing pages tailored to specific locations and bus categories, helping improve search visibility and capture more targeted traffic.
These pages are built with clean HTML/CSS for performance and flexibility, with a strong emphasis on keyword targeting, user experience, and clear calls-to-action.
In addition, I continuously optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and analyze performance metrics to refine and improve marketing effectiveness over time.
The Results
Midwest Transit Equipment now operates with a structured and scalable marketing system that supports ongoing growth. Through targeted landing pages, consistent branding, and coordinated campaigns, the company has strengthened its online presence, improved communication with customers, and created a foundation for long-term marketing success.
